Halloween Movie Month [Halloween]

Alright, here it is. One of horror movies all time staples. You all know the premise of Halloween. Michael Myers comes back home to the house where he killed his sister on Halloween night 15 years earlier. Laurie is baby sitting this Halloween night, and across the street (the Meyer's old house) Annie is also babysitting. Throughout the day Laurie sees Michael following them around town as they get ready. Annie writes of Laurie's paranoia, but end the end, when the night falls will Michael Myers have his revenge? This is a great film, I don't talk about acting too much in these but I really liked Jamie Lee Curtis in this. The build up to the end is slow, be there's still the kills throughout so that kept me satisfied. The kills are virtually bloodless but you can still see the brutality of them. This also relys a lot on, Myers is there in the back ground, then next frame he's gone. There's even the "LOUD MUSIC" scare tactics in this and it works well. The music is iconic and the dark tones, even in the day time, look good. The ending leaves something to be desired, and since I'm not watching the the entire series it'll have to say that way. All in all, I liked the movie and I was never bored during it. There's a reason why people call this a classic. It's pretty good. Haha.
